General Shipping Policies - Combined Shipping
All orders are shipped as Standard Shipping with transit times that vary. Standard Shipping DOES NOT include a tracking number.
* USA Orders ship via ChitChats / USPS.
* CANADIAN ORDERS ship via Canada Post.
TIME IN ROUTE
{Standard Shipping}
* CANADA : 2-14 business days
* USA : 3-14 business days
* INT. : 2-8 weeks
*Once an order ships, the eventual arrival date is beyond our control. (Time in route may be longer due to custom delays).
*BUYER is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If refund is requested due to ‘return to sender’ due to buyer error, there will be a re-stocking FEE of 5$CAD deducted from refunded amount, plus the amount paid for shipping.
PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER
In the event a package is returned to sender due to: an incorrect shipping address provided by buyer, or due to buyer error / failure to pick-up, your order can be re-shipped with the purchase ($) of a new shipping label or refunded (minus the original shipping fee).
*NOTE: USA Tracked and International Tracked Shipments will be charged an extra 5$CAD fee if shipment is returned. The fee is added to the original amount paid for shipping.
***BUYER is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If refund is requested due to ‘return to sender’ due to buyer error, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
Do I get a tracking number with my order?
STANDARD shipping does NOT include a tracking number. However, some USA orders may have partial tracking once the order reaches USPS. Tracked shipping options are available for Canadians. Send us message for a quote.
Please send us a message, if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery date.
NOTE: Canada Post doesn’t consider a shipment lost till atleast 30 days have past.
Priority Shipping Options
Our priority shipping options include a tracking number (exceptions apply) and can be found in the UPGRADE shipping section during checkout. (Only available for Canadian Addresses)

NOTE: ALL ORDERS TAKE 1-3 DAYS TO PROCESS BEFORE SHIPPING. (Purchasing priority shipping only expedites the transit time, not the prep time.) / Once an order ships, the arrival date is beyond our control. Some remote locations, could take an extra 1-2 business days for delivery.

Materials-Used
Most of our pieces are made of Zinc Alloy (which is usually a mix of copper and/or brass), with silver-plating AND/OR Stainless Steel.
Each stamped-piece charm might contain letters darkened with a jewelry ink. This ink is long-lasting, but will not be permanent if exposed often to water, chemicals or washing.
*Please read each jewelry piece description carefully for more information on specific materials used or send us a message via Etsy with any questions you may have.
Problem With My Order / Defective Piece
If your order has a mistake and/or the jewelry piece seems broken (within one month of delivery) or it appears defective, please send us a message IMMEDIATELY to help us fix the situation. We always try to provide the best customer service possible and would never want to disappoint any of our customers!
*NOTE: Many of our jewelry pieces contain delicate and small components that need to be handled gently. If not handled with care or pulled too hard, the chain links or open jump rings we use to attach the chain and charms might re-open. To FIX, re-attach the chain / charm to the jump ring and close it shut with your fingers or small pliers. Please send us a MESSAGE for further assistance.
Standard Packaging
Each keychain is polished and packaged in a small clear plastic ziplock bag.
Orders are shipped in a flat or padded mailer. Gift-Wrapping is available as an add-on / upgrade ($), which includes a handwritten card, gift-wrapping and ribbon.
Do you accept RETURNS or EXCHANGES?
If you would like an EXCHANGE, the buyer is responsible for return shipping to us and will need to purchase a new shipping label.
Unused product RETURNS are accepted if they are sent within 14 days of delivery. Buyer must contact us before submitting the return. (*Exception: Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns for earrings.)
The return shipping address will be provided by us.
Canadian orders may send their returns to the address provided on the envelope (1.94$ stamp)
USA and International orders must use our CANADIAN return address, NOT the US address located on the shipping label.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once return is received, a full refund (minus the shipping fee) will be provided.
Do you offer custom ENGRAVINGS?
Unfortunately, we do NOT offer the ability to customize pendants at this time. We do not offer custom engravings. Alternatively, please see our ADD-ONS, to add an initial or birthstone to your jewelry pieces.
